Feeling for those in Britain

I don' know if I have any regular readers from Britain - but if I do, I am thinking of you, and immeasurably sad that something like this can happen, anywhere in the world.

Yes, you do. And thank you for your empathy. We have little information so far but indications are that it is not as bad as it could have been, though that's not much consolation for the people involved and their families. Rumours suggest 10 fatalities. On a personal level, a worrying morning because my 16 yr-old neice was on a day trip to London. She has just managed to get in touch with her mum and she is staying in someone's house until it is safe to go home. How many more people must still be as worried as we were!

Well that says something when this is the first I've heard about it...from you! I guess this is the benefit to having friends in lots of world time zones.
Now off to check on my brother who is outside London.

My thoughts are with those in Britain too.
