Walking, Waling, Walking
Well I dunno.
Have been walking, walking, walking. Walked for the last two days, with stops for meals only. And pulling a little trailer behind me (good upper body exercise).
And even then I only got up to 46,156 steps for the week. And there were two other days of hard walking in there, too.
Think it must be all the stopping at each house as I go ......
No time for a picture. But trust me - 46,156 steps for last week.

All those steps will have an effect. The community health nurse told me it was better to walk on my errands, with stopping and starting, and even if I didn't get to target heart rate, than to be sitting at home in a chair. =) So where have I been all week?

Linda have you set the pedometer on too high a setting - if you stomped when you measured the steps to set it you will find that the pedometer only measures hard hitting steps if you know what I mean. Recently in Sydney shopping with a friend we both wore our pedometers walked for 5 hours all over the town and at the end of the day we had a difference of 2,500 steps. Do a remeasure as the 10,000 is about 5 kilometers and it sund to me as if you are covering that in a day.
